We are a Chinese takeaway food business, we provide food for collection and delivery.

As a Chinese takeaway and delivery business it is paramount to record and store your contact details to provide customers with the main functions or our service:

Collection orders – your name and contact number will be recorded, to allow us to identify you and contact you if there are any problems with the order.

Home delivery – any new customer’s address and contact number will be automatically recorded on our computer system. This is to make the process for future deliveries easier; we need your address to deliver the food correctly and your contact number so we can get in touch if there are any problems with the order.
Where we store and process your personal data
The data that we collect from you is stored on our computer system (password protected) and does not leave the premises. The computer is not connected to the internet, so, there is no risk from online hacking and malicious malware. It will only be processed by staff operating on the premises while fulfilling customer orders.
Retention of your data
We understand our legal duty to retain accurate data and only for as long as we need it for our legitimate business interests and provided that you are happy for us to do so.
